My Nutrition Mission

I have been dedicated to a living food lifestyle for the last two years. I was primarily raw for 5 years before I made the commitment, and I will never look back!

What does that mean? I only consume raw, organic fruits, vegetables, sprouted seeds and  nuts. AKA - "real food"  - that which grows from the earth.

I also consume raw organic goat's milk, freshly milked from the goats on the farm where I live.

2 years ago I came to study nutrition, yoga, and lifestyle transformation from world-reknowned raw food expert, author and restauraunteur, Jeremy Safron. SUNDRIED TOMATO  GARLIC & HERB SOUP

 

1 apple

1 cucumber

1 pint cherry tomatoes

1/2 head parsley

1 avocado

4 tbsp unpasteurized miso

6 sundried tomatoes

1/2 cup wildcrafted dulse

basil

1 lemon

1 clove fresh garlic

1 bay leaf

sprig of fresh rosemary

handful fresh oregano (or 1 drop oregano oil)

1/2 raw chile pepper

fresh ginger juice

KEFIR LIME COCONUT CURRY SOUP

1 Cucumber

1 Apple

1 cup Coconut meat

5 Kefir lime leaves

3 Curry leaf

1 Bay leaf

1/2 head of Cilantro

pinch of cayenne pepper

ICE CREAM Goat Nectars:

 

COCONUT CAROB CARAMEL PECAN

1 quart Raw Organic Goat’s milk

½ cup fresh (or dried) coconut meat

1/2 tsp Vanilla powder

4 tbsp Carob

8 dates

Handful of Pecans (topping)
-INSTRUCTIONS - blend all ingredients in vitamix. Put in ice cream maker & serve

 

DURIAN CHOCOLATE MAC NUT CHUNK

1 quart raw goat’s Milk

2 pockets of Durian “meat”

8 Dates

4 tbsp raw cacao powder

Handful of Mac nuts (topping)

 

PEACH CARDAMOM

1 quart raw organic goat’s milk

2 cups frozen Peaches

1 tsp Cardamom

8 dates
